Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with Icelandic-speaking enterprise clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.
- Act as the primary point of contact, providing expert guidance and tailored support throughout the client lifecycle.
- Identify and understand clients' business objectives to offer customized strategies that align with their goals.
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess their needs, challenges, and opportunities for collaboration.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to inform continual improvements in service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience in client consulting, account management, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with an ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to effectively address client challenges.
- Adept at navigating complex business environments and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, focused on delivering exceptional value to clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and experience in enterprise consulting is preferred.
