Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to Icelandic-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat regarding fashion products.
- Offer detailed product information, styling suggestions, and personalized recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our support management system for future reference.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product offerings to provide informed assistance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless shopping journey for customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the fashion or retail sector.
- A genuine passion for fashion and knowledge of current industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to empathize with customers and address their inquiries effectively.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with customer support software and tools is advantageous.
