Responsibilities

  • Provide top-quality frontline support to Icelandic-speaking customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers in resolving inquiries and effectively troubleshoot any challenges they may encounter.
  • Deliver timely and accurate information related to our products and services.
  • Document customer interactions to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance overall service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage.
  • Adept at managing inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and customer service software.
