In this key role, you will be the primary support contact for our Icelandic-speaking customers, providing exceptional assistance with our health technology products. Your responsibilities will include answering technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and helping users maximize their experience with our innovative solutions. Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding technical support to Icelandic-speaking users through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues related to our health technology offerings.
- Educate customers about product features, functionalities, and best practices to enhance their user experience.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly within our support system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to report user feedback and address ongoing technical challenges.
- Keep updated with developments in health technology to provide informed and relevant support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in a technical support role, preferably in the health tech industry, is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of technical concepts.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or customer support systems is beneficial.
