Key Responsibilities
- Consult with Icelandic-speaking clients to assess their IT needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Create and implement strategic IT plans that align with the objectives of clients' businesses.
- Provide thorough training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring they can optimize their use of IT solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment of solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technological advancements to provide insightful recommendations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an asset.
- Experience in IT consulting, solution architecture, or a related area.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Familiarity with a variety of IT products, solutions, and emerging technologies.
