Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat for our online marketplace.
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and marketplace policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues quickly to maintain a positive shopping environment.
- Assist customers in navigating the marketplace and understanding product details.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to aid service enhancement.
- Collaborate with team members and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Stay informed about marketplace trends, product updates, and industry news to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar marketplace environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with online marketplace systems is a plus.
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and digital communication platforms.
