Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality multilingual support via phone, email, and chat to Icelandic-speaking customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and efficiently resolve issues to enhance customer experience.
- Share knowledge about our products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for service improvement and tackle complex inquiries.
- Stay updated on company products and policies to deliver accurate and informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a multilingual environment, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is advantageous.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers succeed.
