In this crucial role, you will provide exceptional support to our Icelandic-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and guiding them through our online platform. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support through live chat, email, and phone in Icelandic.
  • Assist users with account management, platform navigation, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and resolutions provided.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share customer insights.
  • Stay informed about platform updates and features to offer accurate assistance.
  • Gather user feedback to help improve platform functionality and user experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer relations.
  • Prior experience in customer support or service roles, especially in an online context, is preferred.
