Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support through live chat, email, and phone in Icelandic.
- Assist users with account management, platform navigation, and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and resolutions provided.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share customer insights.
- Stay informed about platform updates and features to offer accurate assistance.

Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer relations.
- Prior experience in customer support or service roles, especially in an online context, is preferred.
