Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for Icelandic-speaking partners, addressing their inquiries and support needs.
- Provide expert guidance on product features and usage to maximize partner satisfaction.
- Collaborate with partners to troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Document partner interactions and resolutions thoroughly in the support system.
- Analyze partners' feedback to identify trends and improve service offerings.
- Work with internal teams to create and update training materials and support resources for partners.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is required.
- Experience in customer service or partner support roles is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities to address partner challenges.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support platforms is beneficial.
- A proactive approach and commitment to enhancing partner success are essential.
