In this key role, you will be the primary support contact for our Icelandic-speaking clients, providing exceptional assistance and resolving their service-related inquiries. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service desk support to Icelandic-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve a range of technical issues related to our products and services.
- Assist users in navigating standard procedures and provide effective solutions to enhance their experience.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately within the service desk system.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex problems efficiently.
- Stay informed on product knowledge and service updates to better assist clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential, with a good command of English preferred.
- Prior experience in a service desk or technical support role is advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with service desk software or customer relationship management systems is a plus.
- A genuine passion for technology and a commitment to providing exceptional service is required.
