Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support to Icelandic-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a range of technical problems related to our products and services.
- Provide clear instructions and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the support database accordingly.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and share industry knowledge.
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer support or technical support is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software or customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
