In this integral role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our Icelandic-speaking clients, ensuring they receive exceptional technical support tailored to their specific needs. Your technical expertise and proactive approach will empower clients to maximize the use of our products and foster long-lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for Icelandic-speaking clients, delivering expert guidance and support.
- Identify client needs and propose customized technical solutions that align with their objectives.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our services.
- Regularly monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction, address challenges, and discover opportunities for upselling.
- Conduct periodic meetings with clients to assess account health and gather valuable feedback.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve technical issues and enhance overall service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in technical account management, customer success, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of technology solutions and the ability to communicate their value effectively to clients.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM systems and account management tools is beneficial.
