Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to Icelandic-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Assist customers in understanding product features and how to utilize them effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support database.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest product developments and technology trends to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good command of English.
- Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills aimed at ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools is beneficial.
