Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to Icelandic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices for optimal use.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product updates and technological advancements to offer knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a proficient level of English.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills focused on delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM systems is a plus.
