In this important role, you will be the first point of contact for our Icelandic-speaking customers, providing comprehensive support and assistance related to our products and services. Your main goal will be to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by efficiently addressing inquiries and resolving any issues. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding Tier 1 support to Icelandic-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve basic customer inquiries and technical issues while ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, delivering timely and accurate solutions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service enhancements.
- Work closely with team members to escalate more complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and best practices to improve your support capabilities.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical knowledge with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused mindset with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Familiarity with customer support tools or CRM systems is advantageous.
