Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier support to Icelandic-speaking VIP customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Manage inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Offer tailored solutions and recommendations based on the specific preferences and needs of each VIP customer.
- Document customer interactions and service responses accurately in our support management system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for VIP clients.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and service enhancements to provide effective assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, specifically in a VIP service context, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
