About the role

As an IIB/ACE Integration Developer, you will make an impact by designing and developing scalable, maintainable middleware solutions that support enterprise-level applications. You will be a valued member of the Technology & Engineering team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and Application Development.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and document integration solutions using IBM Integration Bus (IIB), WebSphere Message Broker (WMB), and IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE)
  • Implement and maintain automated build and deployment pipelines using Jenkins
  • Collaborate with teams following Agile and DevOps methodologies to deliver high-quality software
  • Integrate middleware technologies such as MQ Series, IBM ODM, Spring Boot, and OpenShift
  • Ensure seamless connectivity across platforms using REST APIs, JDBC, and connector architecture

What you need to have to be considered:

  • 6+ years of experience in application development with a focus on integration technologies
  • Hands-on experience with IBM IIB/WMB; IBM ACE is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices
  • Experience with MQ Series, IBM ODM, Spring Boot, and OpenShift
  • Strong understanding of RESTful services, JDBC, and connector architecture
  • Working knowledge of AIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems
  • Experience with databases such as DB2 and SQL Server

These will help you stand out:

  • Experience in cloud-native development and container orchestration
  • Exposure to enterprise decision management using IBM ODM
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize middleware performance
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams
  • Certification in IBM Integration technologies or related platforms
