About the Role

As our next Impact Program Lead, you will contribute to the Impact & Sustainability team in creating as well as managing environmental, social, and governance initiatives in Amartha.

Responsibilities

• Project Management
• Planning, executing, and monitoring social impact projects.
• Developing project plans, timelines, and tracking project progress.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project efficiency.
•  Data Analysis and Reporting
• collecting and analyzing data related to project outcomes.
• preparing impact report
• Social Work/Community development
• designing impact initiatives
• Collaborate with the team to support initiatives addressing community needs.
• Administration
• conducting administrative tasks such as document/payment processing and procurement.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to details and capabilities to utilize project management tools
