Minimum qualifications:

- 1 year of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for the Cloud Tech team, from sourcing and engagement to offer and onboarding. Proactively gather and analyze role requirements to build a robust pipeline of top technical talent, ensuring you meet productivity goals and contribute to the team's objective of reducing cost per hire.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring an extraordinary and memorable experience throughout the hiring process. Act as a strong advocate for applicants by providing timely communication, preparing them for interviews, and delivering feedback, with the goal of achieving high candidate satisfaction scores.
- Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers. Guide them on hiring strategy, provide data-driven recommendations, and maintain regular communication on the status of open roles
- Conduct thorough applicant assessments, evaluating skills and qualifications against client needs.
