Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to travel Internationally as needed.
- Ability to communicate in English and Slovak or Czech fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in account management, consultative selling, marketing performance management, digital advertising
- Experience with business techniques including questioning, and objection handling.
- Experience in managing a business portfolio in business development, customer relationship, and servicing.
- Ability to think and develop recommendations and action plans.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders through thought leadership and data-motivated insights, with excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow Google's presence in Slovakia with focus on key sectors like Retail e-commerce, SAAS, Gaming and Digital Natives.
- Analyze data trends and client performance, develop plans, and prepare and conduct tactical pitches and presentations with minimal guidance.
- Collaborate and consult with clients with the goal of extending relationships, increasing client base, and optimizing their advertising growth.
- Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an advocate at events and conferences.
- Travel frequently to Slovakia for in-person client meetings as needed.
