Hiring for one of our client , a well reputed healthcare group in Qatar .

Location: Qatar
Number of Hire : 2
Preferred nationality: Indian (Male Only) / Filipino-Overseas or local candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

 

·        Facilitate the pre-approval process for patient treatments and procedures with various insurance providers.

·        Liaise effectively with insurance companies to ensure timely approvals and accurate documentation.

·        Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility for patients.

·        Collaborate closely with medical and administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination of insurance-related processes.

·        Maintain detailed and accurate records of insurance claims and approvals.

·        Address any discrepancies or issues in insurance claims to ensure timely resolution.

·        Stay updated with insurance policies, guidelines, and industry changes to ensure compliance.

Requirements

 

  • Proven experience (number of years) working as an Insurance Coordinator or in a similar role within a healthcare setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance procedures, specifically in obtaining pre-approvals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with insurance companies and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for maintaining records and processing insurance claims.
  • Knowledge of Qatar's healthcare insurance landscape is preferable.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in healthcare administration or insurance-related fields is a plus.
