As a Policy Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our policy administration team. Processing new applications, managing renewals, and helping customers make the best choices for their pets. You'll handle client queries with empathy and efficiency while ensuring compliance with underwriting standards and regulatory frameworks.

  • Examine applications to ensure they meet the company's policy administration guidelines.
  • Manage renewals in line with the current time frame to ensure renewals are sent within the required time frame as per our underwriting criteria.
  • Process new business applications.
  • Process of amendments to current insurance policies, upgrades, and downgrades.
  • Provide exceptional client support via phone and email.
  • Assess the application for claims loading where appropriate.
  • Provide effective and efficient administration support and accurate data entry.
  • Report and promote within the regulatory framework, possible business risks and breaches.
  • Management of the underwriting email box.
  • Answer customer queries, email and telephone inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience within the insurance industry.
  • Veterinary nurse qualification or a medical background is highly desirable.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer experience.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail.
