Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • 4 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Strategy, Business, Analytics).
  • Experience in workforce planning, capacity modeling, or HR strategy.
  • Familiarity with data modeling (SQL), analytics, or data science concepts.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate competing priorities.
  • Ability to partner effectively with technical teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information to drive decisions.

About the job

As an Integrated Demand Strategist, you will be the primary driver behind the strategy and implementation of our headcount sizing initiatives. You will manage projects including owning the strategic roadmap, navigating complex trade-offs, and ensuring that our models provide actionable, high-quality insights for executive-level decision-making. This is a high-impact role with high visibility, responsible for ensuring we have the right people in the right places to meet our most critical business objectives, including our AI-driven transformations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning for headcount sizing initiatives, engaging directly with executive leadership to define requirements, identify solutions, and ensure models are designed to meet their specific needs.
  • Own the strategic roadmap for model development, critically evaluating trade-offs between model accuracy, data granularity, and speed of delivery.
  • Manage the end-to-end project plan for sizing initiatives, ensuring model outputs and insights are seamlessly integrated into critical business processes.
  • Conduct analyses leveraging quantitative and qualitative data and developing a cohesive narrative.
  • Direct annual internal research and external benchmarking to ensure all data and assumptions used in our models are accurate, relevant, and future-proofed.
