What You’ll Do

As an Intergenerational Support Worker, you’ll help create and deliver inspiring experiences that connect children, residents, and families. You’ll work closely with our nursery and care teams to co-create activities that spark joy, build relationships, and support lifelong learning.

Your role will include:

• Supporting shared activities in our nursery and communal spaces
• Building strong, personal relationships with children and older people
• Encouraging participation and confidence through meaningful interactions
• Helping to maintain safe, inclusive, and joyful environments
• Championing our intergenerational approach in the wider community
