Internship - To Product Director

Location: Qingdao

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Product Group, with a focus on assisting the Product Director in daily operations and project coordination;
• Assist with administrative tasks and internal activities;
• Conduct basic data analysis for projects assigned;
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• Preferred graduation year: 2026 or 2027;
• Able to work at least 4 days per week (Monday to Friday), for a minimum of 6 months;
• Strong English proficiency, with emphasis on listening and speaking skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word; familiarity with Power BI is a plus;
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and a collaborative mindset;
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.

岗位职责

• 支持产品组团队，重点协助产品总监处理日常事务及项目协调工作；
• 协助完成行政相关任务及内部活动安排；
• 根据分配的项目进行基础数据分析；
• 完成产品总监交办的其他工作。

任职要求

• 优先考虑2026或2027年毕业的在校本科或研究生；
• 每周可实习至少4天（周一至周五），实习期不少于6个月；
• 良好的英文能力，听说熟练优先；
• 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件，包括Excel、PowerPoint、Word；熟悉Power BI者优先；
• 具备良好的沟通能力、积极主动的态度和团队合作精神；
• 做事细致认真，责任心强，学习意愿强。
