As a start-up, your days will be varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other priorities. That said, most of your time will be spent doing the following:
Engagement & Culture
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, festive celebrations, and well-being initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support internal communications by preparing creative content for events and campaigns.
Onboarding Support
- Help coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and onboarding kits, to create a welcoming experience for new employees.
Event Operations
- Assist in managing event logistics such as venue booking, catering, decorations, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain engagement-related documentation like event reports, feedback summaries, and budget trackers.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work with multiple departments to ensure smooth execution of Culture initiatives and alignment with company values.
Requirements
- Passion for creating positive workplace experiences and building culture.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace and Canva
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
- Have a university internship letter.
