About the role
This role is an opportunity to ownership of a strategically important area of our business - talent acquisition. You’ll be responsible for driving our recruitment strategy with the key focus being resourcing the Sales Development teams that we run for our clients. You’ll report to and be mentored directly by our CEO, who previously built a very successful recruitment company.
Your key responsibilities in the will include:
The bulk of the recruitment work will be focused on sales talent, but you will also be responsible for recruiting for other roles as and when needed. You will also have scope to manage our graduate recruitment programme, and work with our marketing team on the strategy for marketing or employee value proposition.
This role is only focused on talent acquisition, and will not be a fit if you are looking for HR generalist roles.
