Internal Sales Manager

Are you a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a passion for driving results? We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our clients team in Perth. This role is crucial in achieving their order intake targets for spare parts and ensuring an exceptional level of customer service.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Service Centre Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring existing sales processes, supporting supply chain functions, and defining yearly account plans in coordination with various sales teams. You will proactively engage with current, former, and prospective customers to generate sales, promote their diverse portfolio (Service, spare parts, standard services offers, etc.), and identify new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Achieving order intake targets for spare parts.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service and communication.
• Performing market analysis for Parts and Equipment pricing.
• Monitoring conversion rates and adapting pricing/lead times for continuous improvement.
• Proactively tracking orders to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and standard services offers.
• Recording installed base information in Salesforce
• Coordinating actions with Area Sales Managers.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Strong sales order process knowledge and experience.
• Expertise in effective sales techniques and processes.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and ERP systems.
• Excellent reporting and documentation management skills.

This role could suit someone in a current management role or an experienced candidate looking to step up. WFH is available and a flexible work place. Experience with the large mining companies from within an engineering environment is advantageous but not essential.
