IRD Waiter/ Waitress

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented In-Room-Dining (IRD) Waiter/ Waitress to join our team for the summer season 2025.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in-room dining service to guests, ensuring a luxurious and personalized experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely and precise delivery.
• Set up, serve and clear in-room dining trays according to brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the IRD area and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and the departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide recommendations to guests regarding menu items and beverages.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/ waitress in luxury hotels or fine dining establishments is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer- focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• A professional appearance and commitment to uphold the resort’s luxury standards.
