We are seeking an experienced We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic IT System Administrator to become a vital part of our team in Athens. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for configuring, monitoring, maintaining, and supporting the organization’s computer systems and software.
What you will focus on:
- Automating IT tasks and writing scripts to streamline operations, including data scraping where needed
- Configuring and troubleshooting mobile device management (MDM) systems
- Managing identity and access controls across company platforms
- Responding promptly to IT support issues and requests from employees
- Setting up and managing user accounts and access permissions
- Supporting and maintaining the company’s cloud-based call center (3CX)
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university
- 3–5 years of relevant IT experience in a tech-oriented company
- Experience with call center systems, preferably 3CX
- Solid knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack administration and support
- Familiarity with APIs is a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good understanding of network systems and protocols
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
- An energetic team player with a passion for helping others and solving problems
