About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive IT Administrator to take ownership of our internal tech infrastructure. You’ll be the central figure managing company-wide IT operations, ensuring reliability, compliance, security, and smooth user experience across platforms.
From centralised access management to troubleshooting laptop crashes, you’ll be the go-to person when systems falter. You’ll work closely with HR and Engineering teams to streamline onboarding/offboarding, maintain compliance with data protection standards, and keep our internal systems running at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Centralised Access Management
- Administer and manage user access to internal systems, tools, and repositories.
- Define and maintain role-based access controls and permissions across the tech stack.
- Oversee SSO (Single Sign-On) configurations and identity providers.
- Tech Stack Management
- Manage and maintain company-wide tools including email, domain services, internal portals, and version control systems.
- Ensure uptime, security, and integration efficiency across platforms.
- End-User Support
- Provide timely support for laptop/desktop crashes, VPN connectivity issues, conferencing tool errors (e.g., Zoom), and other IT problems.
- Maintain documentation and quick-fix playbooks for recurring issues.
- Employee Lifecycle Support
- Maintain and regularly update onboarding and offboarding checklists.
- Ensure seamless provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts, devices, and licenses.
- Compliance & Security
- Enforce security protocols and data protection policies (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, if applicable).
- Regularly audit access logs and update policies as needed.
- System Monitoring & License Management
- Track usage, renewals, and capacity planning for SaaS tools and licenses.
- Monitor internal systems and servers for performance, uptime, and security threats.
- Infrastructure Monitoring & Maintenance
- Manage cloud/on-prem servers, ensuring optimal configuration and health.
- Maintain backups and disaster recovery strategies.
Requirements
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an IT Administrator, Systems Engineer, or similar role.
- Deep understanding of identity & access management, VPNs, and system security.
- Hands-on experience with GSuite/Google Workspace, domain management, and version control tools (e.g., GitHub).
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like GDPR, ISO 27001.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
