IT Engineer

• Understanding customer requirements during pre-sales and effectively working for ideal solution for storage and tools.
• Work with related project department, logistics and subcontractor during delivery
• Installation, management and configuration of storage devices
• Installation and maintenance of related management tools
• Post Installation support

Requirements

• Experienced 3-5 years for installation, configuration, management and troubleshooting Enterprise IT products & solutions
• Good understanding of storage types; block (FC, iSCSI), file(CIFS, NFS), object (S3), backup (Deduplication,Compression)
• Good understanding of RAID technologies
• Good understanding of storage technologies SAN, NAS, DAS, Scale-up, Scale-out,
• Experienced in one or more Virtualization technologies such as FusionCompute, Vmware, Hyper-V
• Experienced in one or more VDI such as FusionAccess, Citrix, VMware Horizon
• Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking
• Experienced one or more storage products; Huawei, DELL-EMC, HP, Hitachi
• Experienced one or more server products; Huawei, Dell-EMC, HP, Lenovo, Cisco
• Experienced with SAN Network Devices; Brocade, Cisco
• Experienced with Server Operating Systems; Linux, VMware, Windows
• Experienced with base IP network and network switch configurations,
• Need to work at customer sites and Data Centers,
• Flexible working hours, working at night time on site or remote operations,
• No travel problem to other cities
