Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Systems Engineer with several years of experience in Desktop Support to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, deploying and configuring Chromebooks, and ensuring the seamless operation of desktop systems. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work independently while contributing to team initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the deployment and configuration of new and previously deployed Chromebooks to meet organizational requirements
Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and deliver appropriate technical solutions
Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and share insights for process improvement
Work independently to manage support requests and meet project deadlines
Provide hands-on desktop support and troubleshoot system issues to ensure optimal performance
Required Qualifications
Several years of experience in desktop support
Strong understanding of Chromebook configuration and desktop environments
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience working in a hybrid work model is preferred
