As a B2B Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the integration of our software solutions with various business partners, ensuring smooth communication and data exchange. Your fluency in Italian will be critical as you interact with Italian-speaking clients and partners, providing them with guidance and support throughout the integration process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage B2B integration projects with clients, ensuring timely and successful deployment of solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their integration needs and customize solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct technical meetings with Italian-speaking clients to discuss integration specifications and requirements.
  • Develop and implement integration processes, including data mapping and transformation.
  • Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-integration.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure client needs are effectively communicated and addressed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in B2B integrations, preferably in a technical or support role.
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies and standards, such as API, EDI, and XML.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective client interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in working with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites when necessary.
  • Strong team player with a proactive approach to collaboration.
