Responsibilities
- Assist Italian-speaking clients by responding to their inquiries and providing relevant information about our products and services.
- Implement effective problem-solving strategies to address client concerns and maintain a high level of service.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure proper follow-up on any outstanding issues.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve service delivery and overall client experience.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely response.
- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or client advisory roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing client inquiries effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward client support.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
