Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and accurately, demonstrating attentiveness to their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Educate customers about our products and assist them in navigating our services.
- Document interactions with customers to contribute to our knowledge base and improve service.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall customer experience and share insights.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and best practices in customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of premium consumer products is an advantage.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and digital communication tools.
