Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for Italian-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional assistance and timely responses
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively reach out to identify any potential issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client experience
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM systems
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to enhance client value
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products to provide informed support
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer success or a related field is advantageous
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
