Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to their subscriptions, account management, and technical issues.
  • Effectively resolve complaints and provide solutions to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers about available content, features, and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in online streaming services and the entertainment industry is a plus.
