Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Assist customers with their travel planning, bookings, and inquiries related to travel services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Educate customers about various travel options and services available through the agency.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions for follow-up and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Prior experience in customer support or travel-related services is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centered approach.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in travel and tourism is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with online booking systems and customer service software is advantageous.
