Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients in Italian to assess their needs and deliver customized digital store solutions.
- Assist clients in setting up and managing their digital storefronts with a focus on usability and optimization.
- Provide comprehensive training on digital retail tools and strategies to maximize client success.
- Collaborate with the internal team to relay valuable client feedback and improve service offerings.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends to offer insightful recommendations to clients.
- Document client interactions and support resolutions to foster continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in digital retail, e-commerce, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and develop appropriate solutions.
