Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional email support to Italian-speaking clients, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues raised by customers, offering appropriate solutions.
  • Clearly articulate solutions and guidelines to assist clients in resolving their inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the support system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery and tackle recurring challenges.
  • Keep up-to-date with product information to provide customers with current and precise details.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Excellent written communication skills to effectively engage with customers via email.
  • Experience in customer service or email support roles is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented approach and capability to handle multiple requests at once.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support platforms or email management systems is beneficial.
