Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality end-user support to Italian-speaking clients across multiple channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a range of technical issues related to hardware, software, and applications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and support processes.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.
- Keep current with product information to assist customers efficiently.
- Participate in the ongoing improvement of internal support procedures and documentation.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in IT support or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Team-oriented with a self-driven approach.
- Familiarity with major operating systems and software applications.
- Knowledge of support tools and ticketing systems is beneficial.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
- Able to adapt and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid EU Passport or ID is required.
