Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking end-users via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues concerning computer systems, software applications, and networks.
- Assist users through problem-solving procedures and supply them with up-to-date instructions and solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support requests and resolutions in the service management system.
- Collaborate effectively with IT teams to address and escalate complex technical issues.
- Keep abreast of new products and industry developments to ensure high-quality support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with ticketing or helpdesk software is a plus.
- Genuine enthusiasm for technology and commitment to resolving user issues effectively.
