Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from Italian-speaking clients regarding entertainment services, events, and bookings.
- Deliver top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist in resolving booking issues and client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure follow-ups as needed.
- Work closely with other departments to enhance service offerings based on customer feedback.
- Keep abreast of upcoming events and industry trends to better assist clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in customer support or the entertainment field is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in entertainment and commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with customer relationship management software is a bonus.
