Responsibilities

  • Assist Italian-speaking customers with their fashion inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide product information, styling advice, and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
  • Resolve customer issues and address concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product offerings to provide informed assistance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional and friendly demeanor, with the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with customer support tools and platforms is advantageous.
