Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for Italian-speaking customers, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information about the company's products and services and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic support.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay informed about company policies, products, and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
  • Adhere to established guidelines to maintain quality and compliance in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support or frontline service is advantageous, but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Familiarity with customer support software and systems is preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup
