Responsibilities
- Offer outstanding frontline support to Italian-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in resolving their inquiries and troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of information regarding products and services.
- Document customer interactions to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Employ problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Work closely with team members to share insights and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous.
