Responsibilities
- Monitor chat rooms during gameplay to ensure compliance with community standards
- Engage with players in Italian, responding to queries and promoting a positive ambiance
- Identify and address inappropriate behavior or content swiftly and effectively
- Provide feedback to management on chat trends and user interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve chat moderation strategies
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on gaming standards and practices
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Passion for gaming and familiarity with online gaming communities
- Previous experience in moderation or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with players
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
- Basic technical skills for navigating online platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
