Responsibilities
- Monitor chat conversations to ensure all communication remains respectful and follows community guidelines.
- Engage with players by answering questions, facilitating conversations, and enhancing the gaming experience.
- Identify and take action against inappropriate behavior and content in real-time.
- Provide effective support to players by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Work closely with the gaming team to create a welcoming atmosphere for players and share ideas for improvements.
- Gather and report player feedback to contribute to ongoing enhancements of the gaming community.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong understanding of gaming culture.
- Experience in chat moderation, community management, or customer service is an advantage.
- Able to calmly handle challenging situations while promoting a positive gaming environment.
- A genuine passion for gaming and familiarity with popular gaming platforms.
- Experience with chat moderation tools and community-building strategies is a plus.
