Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support and assistance to Italian-speaking gamers.
  • Monitor community interactions on forums and social media platforms.
  • Respond to inquiries about games, features, and account issues.
  • Document user feedback and report common issues to enhance community experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions of player concerns.
  • Stay informed about new game updates, releases, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (native or near-native level) and proficient English skills.
  • Passion for gaming, with a good understanding of gaming cultures.
  • Prior experience in customer service or community management is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with major gaming platforms and communities is a plus.
